My approach is rooted in a psychodynamic framework, which is an in-depth talk therapy informed by psychoanalysis. I believe that therapy isn't one-size-fits-all and I tailor my approach to best suit each individual’s unique needs. I integrate techniques from other modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness-based practices as appropriate. My style is warm, nonjudgmental, and personalized. During our initial consultation, I will guide you through the process and collaborate with you to develop goals for our work together.
I offer online therapy for residents of New York and Massachusetts. I use a secure, HIPAA compliant Zoom account.
